The business group was facing multiple challenges related to contract management across its subsidiaries. The main objectives that led to the cloud migration included:
1. Reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through a modern, scalable solution with no need for on-premises infrastructure.
2 .Minimizing IT administration and support efforts, relieving the internal tech team from unnecessary burdens.
3. Adopting advanced technology to automate and standardize contract management throughout the group.
4. Unifying all legal contractual processes on a single platform to ensure centralized control and international regulatory compliance.
Solution
Oracle Cloud ERP – Contracts Module was implemented as the core of the group’s legal management system. This solution enabled the legal departments in all countries to connect to a single corporate platform, with secure, role-based centralized access.
Thanks to this implementation:
• The Corporate Legal Director can now access real-time status and details of contracts generated in each country.
• Document governance improved significantly, with better version control and automated tracking of contract expirations.
• The foundation was laid for replicating this model across the group’s remaining regions, ensuring scalability and consistency.
