To implement a warehouse management solution within 12 weeks for a new Distribution Center dedicated to the Vending Machines business, as part of the beverage business separation. The distribution center operates 24/7
Solution
– A diagnostic was conducted, and it was determined that Solec’s “WM Plug & Play” model was a viable and convenient option to start operations in record time, with the possibility of further enhancements as the operation matured.
– Successfully implemented the Beta version of the Redwood Mobile interface, which eliminates the need for emulator software on handheld devices and
provides an advanced graphical interface.
– The implementation plan was fulfilled, enabling operations to start within 12 weeks across 3 shifts.
– Ongoing support is currently being provided, along with additional improvements to Solec’s P&P solution.
