A functional and technical assessment was performed to determine areas for improvement and prioritize them in terms of time and complexity vs. business benefit. “Quick Wins” were established and improvements were made in successive phases to accelerate the impact on operations. Some of the main initial issues were Tendering (for travel auctions), Integration for Bill of Lading, Sending information to corporate BI (not Oracle), among others. Currently the solution in Mexico is operating stabilized and some improvements are being continued.
